College Scholarships

Girls' Rallies For At-Risk Youth

A major initiative of American Teen University is to inspire young women to attend college, particularly to pursue careers in the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and provide college scholarships to support their efforts. We are the philanthropic arm of the Miss American Teen International Scholarship Pageant, a trademark of Miss American Teen Scholarship Pageant, an IRS 501c3 nonprofit charity. Due to the importance of our mission, our goal is to reach youth in every socio-economic group by providing outreach services to underprivileged and at-risk teen girls through our Girls' Rallies. ATU Girls' Rallies are a unique day-long educational workshop and fashion show covering health and beauty topics designed to increase self-esteem. With engaging speakers, inspirational role models and expert advice, the young ladies attending our events come away with renewed confidence, the ability to overcome self-doubt and tools to uplift each other while helping their communities.

Community Service

Confidence Building / Career Readiness

ATU commits itself to helping teens and tweens build strong bonds with their communities through active engagement with local charities and community based organizations. Our focus areas of service are the elderly, youth, and the environment. Our organization engages parents to actively support their children’s community service efforts.

Our organization partners with professionals in various industries to provide multiple opportunities for our members to participate in confidence building activities, such as pageants, fashion shows, event hosting, photo shoots, and other modeling and acting opportunities. We provide training opportunities, including in-person and online webinars for members to learn the ropes of their areas of interest.
